DONE DEAL - SPARKHILL

Cooke Rudling has sucessfully let 174/176 Stratford Road on behalf of their retained clients Midland Heart Ltd to Sparkbrook Community Against Crime Association (SCACA) on a two year lease.  The Association who have obtained  Home Office Funding and will work with local Police, Businessess and the community in an effort to make the local community more aware of crime.  Midland Heart, whose motto "Passionate about Communities" were more than happy to agree to the letting.
